Achievements
In the year 1978 he was awarded the best script writer(for one act drama)prize from the West Bengal Govertment. He had also awarded for the best debater, speaker, poet, singer, creative writings also. He had received these awards from former President of India Gyani Jail Singh, Justice Krishna Ayer, Former Vice Chancellor Dr. Romen Poddar, Scientist Dr. B. D. Nagchoudhuri and the Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharyee.
Biodata
PARTHA PROTIM NAG holds the double Post Graduation degree in Bengali and Journalism from Calcutta University. Beside this he has the Professional degree B. ED. LL. B. from the Calcutta University. In his profession he is a professional reporter of leading Bengali daily. More than five hundred original articles have been published on various subject of socio-political-cultural interest.

In his THEATRE carrier he has performed more than one hundred stage shows in INDIA, PAKISTAN and BANGLADESH. In the last 25 years he is involved with district level and rural based folk based drama. Apart from Spandan he had played with the theatre group Tamluk Anandalok Natyasantha. He is a practiced exponent as Elocutionist and Singer.
In his FILM carrier he has acted in many short films, television serials.
